The Centre for Environment and Development (CED) is an independent research, development, consultancy and training organization in fields related to environment and development. The Centre’s primary objective is to carry out inter disciplinary and multi disciplinary research in environmental and developmental issues, based on cross-fertilization of mono-disciplinary sciences and also to provide consultancy and training support to implement various development projects. The Centre works in association with various national and international organisations.
