SCAF is a think tank and resource center set up in 1996 with the purpose of serving foundations, associations and other non-profit organizations to promote civil society, education and peace. One of the aims is to achieve higher level of development for the country’s NGOs and raise their contribution into development issues in partnership with the government and private businesses.
