Solothurn University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland offers at the School of Management majors in Economy such as Controlling, Human Resource Management, Marketing, and Information and Knowledge Management. In addition, it offers both a full-time and part time course of study in Information Systems.
It is well-known for its further education activities ranging from conferences, seminars, and examination preparation to full-fledged graduate studies. The institute offers graduate programs in Non-Profit Organisation, Logistics, Corporate Design Management, and Personnel Management. Solothurn University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland is active in widely varied areas of economics research. The most noteworthy topics of research are in the areas of Industry, Innovation and Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, and Information and Knowledge Management.
