The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is an international organisation which supports and promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth in developing countries and emerging economies. Established in 2012, at the Rio+20 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, the GGGI aims to accelerate the transition toward a new model of economic growth – green growth – founded on principles of social inclusivity and environmental sustainability.
