The Caribbean Centre for Development Administration (CARICAD) is a regional inter-governmental organization focused on upgrading and strengthening the managerial capability of the public sector for the more effective implementation of public policy across the region. The center’s main activities include in-country activities, workshops and conferences. Core areas of expertise are:
- organizational development
- strategic planning and management
- project planning and management
- performance management
- policy development
- human resource development
CARICAD’s collaborates with governments in designing and implementing programs between these governments and the social partners. It also works on enhancing the training capabilities of governments in the region.
