<p>2010 South Korean Knowledge Sharing Program (KSP) Indonesia project is the fourth KSP program for Indonesia, undertaken in the name of “Toward a Dynamic and Efficient Economy: Mid-Term Policy Agenda for Indonesia in Finance, Energy and Investment.” </p>
<p>The 2010 KSP Indonesia project expanded its topics to 10 in three areas, (i) finance and capital market, (ii) energy management, and (iii) trade and investment. It is because both countries agreed to be each other’s strategic partner and to strengthen cooperative relations that they agreed to carry out knowledge sharing in such a broader range. Indonesia and Korea, as members of G20, are expanding their influences in the global economy, and Jim O’Neal of Goldman Sachs, who invented the name BRICS in 2005, made a new name MIKT in 2010 to rightly recognize strong growth capability of Indonesia and Korea together with Mexico and Turkey. As such, 2010 KSP Indonesia intends to contribute to improve policy formulation capacity and to further strengthen partnership. The following is the summary of important findings and policy recommendations in 10 topics.</p>
