<p>This report on Study on General Guidelines for Preliminary Feasibility Studies has served as a basic manual and a study report for conducting all preliminary feasibility studies. The General Guidelines include the methods for conducting preliminary feasibility studies and standards for such studies as well as study on methodologies that support the guidelines and estimation of major parameters. They comprehensively suggest theoretical and practical study results concerning evaluation of government-financed projects. They also serve as a basic manual for study of standard guidelines in studies on different subjects such as roads, railroads, ports, culture and tourism, and water resources.</p>
