Centro de Proyectos para el Desarollo (Cendex) is an academic centre of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana that aims to apply knowledge and research generated in academia to the problems of social development in Colombia. Its main areas of intervention include social security; management and evaluation of social policies; public finance; and empowerment and inclusion of disadvantaged groups.
