The Strategies for Enhancing Access to Medicines Program, created by Management Sciences for Health and funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, aims to improve access to and use of essential medicines, vaccines, and other health commodities in the developing world. The SEAM programme encourages and supports country-level public-private initiatives that can serve as models for countries throughout the developing world.

The SEAM web site offers background information on the programme, as well as information on the country strategies, SEAM collaborations, publications and links to relevant organisations.
