The Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) is the UK Government’s department on the environment, food and rural affairs.
DEFRA is the national focal point bringing together aspects of the environment, rural matters, farming and food production. DEFRA is concerned with all rural policy, relating to people, the economy and the environment, and has roles in both European Union and global policy making,
