At its October 2023 meeting in Berlin, the EDGE Board agreed that it would halt the search for a new Executive Director. Instead, a Working Group (WG) consisting of EDGE, staff and board members was set up with the mandate to implement a participatory process which would result in recommendations for a new governance structure for the EDGE Funders Alliance.
