Formerly Green Globe Yearbook. Annual publication produced by the Fridtjof Nansen Institute. The Yearbook’s aim is to demonstrate to its readership how far the international community has come in solving environmental and developmental problems, what are the main obstacles to further progress, and what must be done to overcome them.

The WWW pages include key information on the most important international agreements on environment and development, and IGOs and NGOs working in this area. About 100 treaty secretariats and organizations are described. The pages also have some environmental data on OECD countries. The WWW version is about one third of the reference section of the paper version of the Yearbook.

The paper version also includes evaluations on conventions, organizations, and processes, written by independent experts.
