EDGE Funders Alliance organizes its work in three main areas:
Core activities organized with the leadership of members include:
- Annual EDGE Conference
- Funder convenings and delegations
- Learning calls and webinars
- Facilitated working groups around key issues of interest to members
- Periodic publications: case studies, online directories, membership surveys, working group reports and summaries of briefings, delegations and convenings
- Collaboratives, giving circles and pooled funding led by members
- Membership outreach
- Web presence and online communications, including a regular e-newsletter and periodic announcements and alerts
- Ongoing engagement with strategic partners and allies, including “accompanying” movements and networks
- Advocating for approaches, initiatives and policies which increase funding for social, economic and environmental justice worldwide.
