Offers support beyond grants
Due to the participatory nature of our work, support is provided to community members who are part of our decision-making cohorts. They go through several layers of facilitated processes to support them in their grantmaking decisions which allows for new connections, skills, and self-determination.
Grant cycle details
Nearly all of our grantmaking is done via participatory and power-sharing methods which means that communities are making decisions over the flow of resources. Some of our programs, even within the participatory models have open calls on occasion.
