Long-term goals:
- Promote, facilitate and contribute to the sharing of resources and the exchange of information to improve the quality of work of NGOs, their partners and local organisations in a variety of sectors
- Strengthen the relationship, and enhance the dialogue, between the NGO community and the Vietnamese government and with the donor community, focussing particularly on the role of NGOs within Viet Nam.
