The DAP is a government organisation which aims to assist the Philippines in its development efforts by acting as a change catalyst and as capacity-builder. DAP assists in shaping new government policies, crafting development programmes and modernising the management of government agencies and private enterprises. Among the technical services offered by the Academy are:

  • publications in the areas of governance, productivity and quality and management
The DAP implements projects for government, particularly national line agencies, local government units, and government corporations. It also undertakes projects for the private sector, including international donor agencies, private corporations, non-government organizations, and academia. DAP offers public training courses and provides information on research completed through its website.
